Cancellation policy:
To keep costs as low as possible, we charge a full fee for appointments cancelled within 24 hours. (Work commitments do not constitute an acceptable reason.)
Out of hours embryo transfer
For patients who have been seen on the current cycle, we perform pre and post transfer treatments whenever reasonably possible. (We cannot see clients for ET treatments alone.)
Out of hours embryo transfer treatments are charged at £95 per session.
Private medical insurance
Insurance companies increasingly cover acupuncture for certain conditions as part of their policies. Please check with your provider about their requirements for coverage in relation to conditions and your policy. In most situations, clients will pay us directly and reclaim costs where possible from their insurer.
